We list properties marketed by a network of local agents. But when you enquire with us, we don't just hand you to the agent. If the agent for your preferred property doesn't speak English, we will come along to translate, free of charge. Plus, if you decide to purchase one of our listed properties, you can contact us with additional questions throughout the process, as well as working with your lawyer and the agent.
Visit other properties
If you want English speaking help from a trusted partner all through your house hunting and purchasing process, we can accompany you to see all your properties, even if they are not listed with us, and no matter which agency is marketing them. In most cases, this is completely free of charge. Contact us for full written details of how it works.
The purchase process
Although we recommend you hire a lawyer (and we can suggest some too, if you like), we work with you and your lawyer to ensure the process goes smoothly. Not all lawyers know how it feels to be purchasing in a foreign country. We often act as a bridge to ensure you are getting the best out of your lawyer and understand everything that's going on.
Post Purchase Services
If required, we are happy to recommend other providers that previous clients have been happy with, such as architects and builders. We can also advise clients on property management, tax specialists, schools, tradesmen & more.
